The minimum standard for entry level recruitment is a Sir Arthur Lewis Community College diploma or Associate Degree and CXC General Proficiency passes at Grade III or better in at least English Language, Mathematics and one (1) other subject.
Vacancies and career opportunities for positions within the Company are advertised in the local media detailing the specific requirements needed. Persons interested in applying for available positions at LUCELEC should address written applications to the Managing Director. All applications will be acknowledged. Candidates are selected for interview to fill the available positions based on their qualifications and apparent suitability for the position available. The candidates are interviewed by a panel of two or three persons who will seek to select those candidates who best meet the requirements of the vacant position.
