LUCELEC thanks customers for their patience during the closure of our Customer Service offices as part of our COVID-19 protocols. The Rodney Bay office is now open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The following guidelines will apply:
A maximum of 6 customers will be allowed inside the office at any one time.
Social distancing guidelines will be in effect with floor markers for guidance.
All persons entering the office MUST wear a mask covering the nose and mouth.
All persons entering the office MUST sanitize their hands with alcohol-based sanitizers that will be available inside the office.
High-touch surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized at least every 30 minutes.
These measures are necessary to ensure the safety of our valued customers and employees and in keeping with the guidelines set by the authorities.
All options for conducting business with LUCELEC electronically remain available.
