Castries, November 6, 2020 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) is currently undertaking cabling works for the addition of battery storage to its 3MW solar farm at La Tourney, Vieux Fort.  The works began in October and will go on until December this year. LUCELEC says the work will involve excavation of the road surfaces at La Tourney, Dierre Morne, La Resource, the St Jude’s Highway and Cantonement in Vieux-Fort.

Castries, November 4, 2020 – A new day in making payments on your electricity bills has dawned. The St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) MyAccount Pay Direct is here! With this upgrade of the LUCELEC MyAccount service, customers can now use their credit and debit cards to pay their bills directly to LUCELEC.

Castries, October 29, 2020 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) will hold its 55^th Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Finance Administrative Centre on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 5.30 p.m. The AGM is traditionally held annually in May but was delayed due to COVID-19.

All COVID-19 protocols for such events will be in place for the meeting. To ensure shareholders are familiar with these, a COVID-19 protocols booklet was included in the information package the Company provides ahead of the AGM.
