Castries, June 11, 2026 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) advises customers that from Monday, June 15 to Friday, June 26, the company will complete its island-wide meter replacement campaign targeting meters that are 15 years and older.

This final phase concludes a project initiated in 2025 and forms part of LUCELEC’s ongoing investment in maintaining a safe, reliable, and efficient electricity service.

Castries, April 24, 2026 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) wishes to advise customers in Praslin, Micoud, Canelles, Savannes Bay, and Beanfield, Vieux Fort that refurbishing works will be carried out in these communities, from Monday, April 27, and continuing until further notice.

The works form part of LUCELEC’s ongoing commitment to delivering a safe, reliable, and efficient electricity service and is intended to support the long‑term performance of the electricity network in the South.

Castries, October 03, 2025 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) wishes to remind the public of the procedures and safety requirements for the installation of banners, flags and other paraphernalia on its electrical poles. This advisory is issued in response to the increased unauthorized access to LUCELEC poles to install these items and how dangerously close to our energized lines that they are being placed. This has major safety implications for the individuals in question and the public.
